Best deli on the south shore no doubt

Pull in at 1:20 sign said open and til 3. Instead of opening the door and saying sorry we have to close early, someone came to the door ...looked at us and locked it....totally rude... won't be going back.

Telephone is always busy. Order is always wrong. Food is mediocre at best. Pickles have no taste. They always forget something.

Excellent quality food

As usual. Had a great sandwich at On Rye Deli. I had a strange request to add liverwurst to my Reuben. They nailed it as expected. I know it's sounds strange but for the handful of us who grew up on liverwurst it satisfies that occasional craving.

Best sandwiches

Amazing Pastrami sandwich on marble rye bread. This is my first visit, and so happy to find a new local deli. Meat portion was huge! Look forward to a return!

Incredible sandwiches and lovely people. The Italian sub might be the best I've ever had - the bread is soft and with good chew, the giardiniera were pleasantly tart and had a kick, and the meats/cheeses were fresh and flavorful. We also LOVE the meatball sub. Their takeout is so speedy and always accurate. We have gone countless times since discovering the place and can't wait to go again!

Breakfast sandwich was delicious. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I love this place. Hard to see from Rte 53 road. It's in a little plaza on the end. On left going south, right going north.

Great sandwiches. The food is always very fresh and the service is quick. The On the Rye club is a home run. The portions are large and priced fairly.

Big sandwiches and the staff is super friendly. I would highly recommend when you are in the mood for a sandwich.

One of my go-to places when at work! The chicken noodle soup is perfect for rainy cold days! My fave is the chicken salad sandwich -- the only place I'll get chicken salad! Great quality sandwich shop with great customer service!

Never again will I order from here. I ordered multiple dishes for a family party and family members, as well as myself, got food poisoning after eating the chicken broccoli and ziti dish. One of my daughters only ate that (picky eater) and she got sick as well so I know for a fact that's what it was. Be very careful if you decide to order from here, I would choose elsewhere its evident they don't take nessecary procedures to ensure their paying customers receive quality food. Not a crowd-pleaser!

Food is better then a regular "sub shop". Prices are a bit more then too, but well worth it. No soggy BLT, nor stringy/greasy pastrami!!!

Open til 3pm this place is located next to RITE AID and across the street from KAPPYS and CVS. The sandwiches here are good. There is a wait to dine in as lots of people are coming in to pick up their orders. The walls are lined with awards from over the years. For $9.50 i expected to get a small bag of their wachusett or utz chips with my sandwich like they do at The Brown Bag Deli down the street in Rockland. Their pastrami is superior! No fat. Extra super lean.
